THE IDEA BEHIND THE PROJECT
Create a low-impact project that would blend-in with the landscape. Walls will be erected using the earth from the same land, all existing vegetation will be saved and integrated in the project patios and gardens, and villas will follow the topography of the land.
A PLACE TO ENJOY BAJA LIVING
Casa del Viento is an environmentally conscious, beach-front development located in La Ventana, Baja California Sur, 30 miles south of La Paz International Airport. Rated as one of the best places to practice kitesurf, La Ventana is ideal to practice wind-sports, mountain bike, and scuba diving; and is the perfect hideaway to discover the beauty of Baja and the Sea or Cortez.
